Maintenance Mechanic, Georgetown, TX

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical issues such as faulty wiring, switches, and lighting fixtures.
• Address plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and installation of new fixtures.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, including filter replacements and basic diagnostics.
• Maintain facility appearance by performing minor carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and furniture repairs.
• Ensure fire safety systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers) are functioning properly and meet code requirements.
• Support warehouse or production floor needs by ensuring operational efficiency of equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies during business hours and on-call (as needed).
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, or other equipment as required (if certified).
• Collaborate with janitorial services to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Monitor facility access systems (e.g., door locks, badge entry) and report any irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies in all maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas.
• Assist or lead with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control

• Shift: 5am-2pm or 6am-3pm
