Job Title: Assembler (Full-Time)
Location: Tempe, AZ
Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Flexible with weekend overtime as needed)
Pay: $17.00/hour -21.00/HR

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual individual to join our team as an Assembler. This role involves assembling products or components either independently or as part of a team, following production documentation and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble full products or components according to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or hazards to the team leader or appropriate personnel.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Wire electrical panels and ensure proper configuration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report issues related to equipment, operations, materials, or documentation.
• Set up production tasks in accordance with job documentation.
• Position and measure materials and tools according to blueprints.
• Select, move, and prepare production materials as required.
• Operate and adjust various production equipment based on job requirements.
• Maintain equipment and necessary tools for continuous operation.
• Meet production and quality performance standards.
• Ensure all products meet company quality specifications.
• Perform accurate recordkeeping and inventory transactions.
• Participate in rotational assignments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime as needed

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to commute reliably to Tempe, AZ 85282.
