Customer Service Representative, Sacramento, CA
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, problems, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
- Keeping customers informed about products, services, features, and pricing.
- Offering technical support, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
- Monday- Friday 7:30 AM -4:30.
- Location: Rio Linda, CA
- Must be able to pass background, Drug screen and a valid driver licenses
