Customer Service Representative, Sacramento, CA

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Responding to customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information. 
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints, problems, or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. 
  • Keeping customers informed about products, services, features, and pricing. 
  • Offering technical support, guiding customers through processes, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 

 

  • Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
  • Monday- Friday 7:30 AM -4:30.
  • Location: Rio Linda, CA
  • Must be able to pass background, Drug screen and  a valid driver licenses
