Diagnostic Technical Customer Support Representative, Las Vegas, NV
Job Duties/Qualifications:
- Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to field techs
- Diagnosing & resolving issues with field units, providing instructions, & facilitating service or warranty part replacements
- High school diploma w/ 2 years of relevant experience
- Mechanical, technical, and/or electrical skills & experience
- Previous call center experience, preferred
- Provide resolution to field technicians & consumers via phone and/or email
- Collaborate cross functionally as needed
- Solves problems by researching databases
- Gather information & determine the issue by evaluating & analyzing the symptoms
- Local travel, as needed
- Working knowledge & experience using CRM and/or ERP platforms
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Very strong customer service skills
