Diagnostic Technical Customer Support Representative, Las Vegas, NV

Job Duties/Qualifications:

  • Deliver comprehensive technical assistance to field techs
  • Diagnosing & resolving issues with field units, providing instructions, & facilitating service or warranty part replacements
  • High school diploma w/ 2 years of relevant experience
  • Mechanical, technical, and/or electrical skills & experience
  • Previous call center experience, preferred
  • Provide resolution to field technicians & consumers via phone and/or email
  • Collaborate cross functionally as needed
  • Solves problems by researching databases
  • Gather information & determine the issue by evaluating & analyzing the symptoms
  • Local travel, as needed
  • Working knowledge & experience using CRM and/or ERP platforms
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Very strong customer service skills
  • Location: Las Vegas, NV
