Finance and Office Manager, Chandler, AZ
Job Responsibilities/ Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, and analysis.
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
- Work closely with company owners, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Prepare financial forecasts and strategic reports.
- Manage customer invoicing and ensure accurate billing.
- Post cash receipts and maintain financial accuracy.
- Oversee utility licenses and ensure compliance.
- Process semi-monthly payroll in line with regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and job costing.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Location: Chandler, AZ
- Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Salary Range: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00
