Finance and Office Manager, Chandler, AZ

Job Responsibilities/ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Work closely with company owners, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare financial forecasts and strategic reports.
  • Manage customer invoicing and ensure accurate billing.
  • Post cash receipts and maintain financial accuracy.
  • Oversee utility licenses and ensure compliance.
  • Process semi-monthly payroll in line with regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, and job costing.
  • Experience with financial reporting and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

 

  • Location: Chandler, AZ
  • Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Salary Range: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00
