HR Assistant, Manteca, CA
Monday -Friday: 2nd Shift 5:00pm to 2:00am
Will train on the 1st shift for the month of May.
Duties:
– Maintain employee records and update HR databases with employee information
– Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
– Support HR team in implementing HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement activities
– Assist in maintaining compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
– Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
– Assist with strategic planning initiatives related to human resources
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
– Familiarity with human resources management systems, such as Workday or similar platforms
– Experience with payroll processing and understanding of payroll procedures
– Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Bilingual preferred

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel engines and industrial equipment. Your expertise in hydraulics, fabrication, and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
Duties:
– Perform diesel engine repairs, including diagnosing issues and conducting necessary repairs
– Conduct routine maintenance on diesel engines and industrial equipment
– Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems
– Assemble and disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair purposes
– Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
– Perform tire service, including mounting, balancing, and rotating tires
– Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements-
- Entry to Moderate level needed
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Needs to be okay with working in hot environments /outside
