Maintenance Technician, Hagerstown, MD

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Fabricates, installs, and repairs various production and support equipment
• Cleans, adjusts, precision aligns, and lubricates equipment
• Removes, repairs, and reinstalls all types of equipment
• Installs spherical, thrust, radial and line-shaft bearings on pumps, motors, conveyor rolls and other rotating equipment
• Troubleshoots equipment to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and/or controls issues
• Completes required paperwork to document work completed
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must work and operate with a Zero Incident Safety Culture (ZISC) mindset
• Must regularly lift and /or move up to 50lbs
• Must be able to position himself/herself to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and operate plant equipment
