Roll Operator, Beaverton, OR

• Shift: Monday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Pay Ranger: $22 – $26 p/hr.
• Location: Clackamas, OR

The Roll Operator Trainee position is responsible for material coordination for the profile department. The objective is to keep the machines operating with minimum down time for material movement. Training will cover lift truck operation, boom-lift, cranes and profile rolling for plate and structural steel with diverse products following customer specification and blueprint drawings. This position requires dependable work habits and teamwork. Attention to detail and meeting quality standards are essential. We look for adaptability, service-orientation and effective teamwork as well as the technical requirements of the job.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs repetitively; lift 20lbs over head
• Must be able to stand 12 hours
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
• Must be able to read directions and schematics
• Must be able to calculate fractions, decimals and other mathematical equations
• Must be able to drive lift truck, boom lift and cranes
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work overtime if needed
