Service Coordinator, Albuquerque
Maleko personnel is currently seeking an organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our Clients team.(this is a temp to hire position)
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of services to clients. You will work closely with clients, families, and service providers to ensure that needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and share client documentation.
- Provide client support through crisis management, implementing and tracking therapy programs, and staff training.
- Complete and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for clients.
- Ensure the quality of client programs meets internal and external standards.
- Lead client meetings and staff training sessions as needed.
- Monitor client funding and provide funding justification.
- Collaborate with program managers, assistants, therapists, and other staff to coordinate and improve client programs and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a coordination or support role is preferred.
- Experience working with people with disabilities required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
- Experience working with people with disabilities required.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and proof of auto liability insurance.
- Extensive knowledge of therapies (PT, OT, SLP, etc.) and skills training principles preferred.
