Administrative AssistantBeaverton, OR Essential Functions: · Answers the production phone line. · Supports inventory management by entering/reviewing monthly inventory cycle counts. · Purchases & receives raw material such as plugs, rings, gaskets and general supplies including parts, packaging materials, office supplies, etc. · Processes incoming material packing slips, prints BOLs and raw material receiving tags (“drum tags”). · Conducts miscellaneous raw material purchasing from local vendors. · Creates and receives purchase orders.
