- Communicating with the pump lead to ensure a solid understanding of the priorities and timing of the day
- Helping run a daily morning meeting to set tasks and priorities with the team

- Tanker loads and offloads

- Improve processes to maintain extreme cleanliness and reduce error rates
- Train new team members on SOPs
- Maintain a positive attitude under stress and regularly encourage, constructive correct and generally improve the morale of the team
- Occasional forklifting
- Regular use of electric pallet jack and drum carts
- Typical warehouse environment, with expected temperature fluctuations and moving machinery, such as vehicles, forklifts, lifts and ladders
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to make repetitive movements, bending, and/or squatting.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from our Tualatin facilities
