  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including those related to forklift operation and material handling
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on forklifts, reporting any issues or malfunctions
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Inspect materials for damage or defects and report any issues to supervisors
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements
  • May be required to perform other tasks as assigned, such as assisting with loading and unloading, or preparing materials for shipment
  • Must be certified to operate forklifts, typically through a training program and certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry materials, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and ensure accuracy in inventory and material handling
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operation and material handling
  • Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse staff and other team members
